Croptic is a Belgian company from Ghent that turns drone imagery of fields into weed maps and task maps for spot spraying.
Croptic was born from a simple observation: farmers often treat their entire fields, while weed pressure is unevenly distributed. By combining drone imagery with accurate AI detection, we want to change that.
Not with complex software, but with a simple task map that works directly on the machine. You drive the sprayer you already have, your own way. Just spraying where it is needed.

We find that farmers structurally overuse inputs. Existing machines can work more precisely but the data is missing. The idea for Croptic is born. The first fields are flown. The AI model detects weeds for the first time.
Croptic delivers the first task maps to real farmers. The sprayers run on a task map without extra hardware.
40+ clients. 86% average input savings. Task maps are now flown and generated at scale.
Croptic continues to grow in Belgium and the Netherlands. First steps are being taken into new countries.
