Who are we?
Croptic BV, based in Ghent, Belgium (KBO 0792.975.592). Reachable at info@croptic.ai. For questions about your data, use the same mailbox.
What we collect
From forms on this site we collect what you fill in: name, email, optional phone number, user type (arable farmer, contractor, pilot, other), hectares, and your message. We also log your browser user-agent and the page you submitted from, to troubleshoot and detect spam.
In local storage we keep a dismiss timestamp for the email popup and a temporary bot-check token during form submission. Your language choice lives in the web address itself, not in storage. No tracking cookies, no ad pixels, no analytics.
What we do with it
Your form submission ends up in our CRM. We use those details to contact you personally about Croptic, and for nothing else. We don't share your data with third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep your form data as long as we need it to follow up on your request, and afterwards in our CRM for a reasonable commercial follow-up window (at most 3 years without contact). You can request deletion at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correction, deletion, and to object to processing. Send your request to info@croptic.ai and we'll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be) or the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
Changes
We may adjust this policy, e.g. if we add new tools. We'll flag material changes clearly on this page; the "Last updated" date at the top always points to the most recent version.
